Is website care required?
Yes. Every RGV Web Design client website requires an active hosting and maintenance subscription. The monthly fee is $65–$120 per website, based on its needs. We confirm the exact price, included small edits, support scope, and billing terms in your proposal before you commit.
Does the monthly fee include a new website?
No. Website design and the initial build are quoted and billed separately. The care subscription covers ongoing hosting, maintenance, support, and the agreed small edits. Redesigns, new features, and larger additions need a separate scope.
Can you take care of my existing website?
Start with an assessment. We’ll review your platform, access, hosting needs, and any existing problems before confirming whether we can take it on. Migration, repair work, and third-party licenses may need a separate quote.
What does 24/7 support mean?
You can submit a support request at any time. It does not mean every request receives an immediate response or that every issue can be resolved instantly. Your proposal sets the support process and any response commitments.
Can we add SEO later?
Yes. SEO is an optional monthly service, separate from required website care. Choose a content cadence that fits your budget, then review progress in your monthly report. Search rankings, indexing, traffic, and leads are not guaranteed.
