Information you share
Contact and booking forms collect the name, email, phone number, and project details you provide. We use this information to respond, schedule your consultation, provide requested services, and maintain your inquiry or appointment history in our agency CRM. Avoid including passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information in messages.
Community and scholarship applications
Community requests collect your contact information, organization, requested support, description, and any event date or funding amount you choose to provide. Scholarship applications collect the student’s name, student or parent/guardian contact details, school, education level, technology interests, selected topic, and essay. Our team uses these submissions to review requests and applications and contact you about them.
If the student is under 13, a parent or guardian should complete and submit the scholarship application on the student’s behalf. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the essay.
Career applications and private submissions
Career applications collect your contact information, area of interest, any message or portfolio link you provide, and your uploaded résumé. Application details, pasted essays, uploaded essay documents, and résumé files are stored privately for agency review. Essay and résumé files are not published on this website. Application details and document attachments may be delivered to our agency through our email provider.
Website preferences and essential cookies
This website stores your selected language, theme, and service selections in your browser. Signing in uses an essential session cookie. Clearing browser storage removes saved preferences. Our website and hosting systems may process basic request information needed to operate the site, prevent abuse, and investigate errors.
Form security and spam prevention
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish real visitors from automated form abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network signals for this security check. Our server verifies a short-lived challenge token before accepting a protected submission. We do not send your form answers or uploaded documents to Turnstile. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
Connected services and information use
We use hosting and email providers to operate this website and deliver communications to you or our agency. These providers process the information needed for those services on our behalf. Payments, when enabled, are handled by Stripe; we do not store payment card numbers. Connected providers also have their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile numbers with other businesses for marketing or promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Your SMS consent remains a direct agreement with RGV Web Design and is never sold, rented, or transferred. When messaging is enabled, Twilio processes the destination number and message content on our instructions to deliver messages. Using a delivery provider does not give that provider or any other business permission to market to you or reuse your consent.
SMS preferences and verification
The SMS preferences form records the contact details you provide and your affirmative messaging choice, along with the consent wording, policy version, and submission time. We retain this record to document your request and respect your preferences. Enrollment is currently pending: submitting the form does not verify ownership of the phone number or activate automated messages.
Service notifications and portal sign-in codes are separate. When SMS sign-in verification is available, a code is sent only through a verification request in the portal. Requesting a code does not enroll you in service notifications. See our SMS Terms of Service for message types, frequency, and your options.
Retention and your requests
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, provide services, maintain necessary business records, respect messaging preferences, and meet applicable obligations. Consent or opt-out records may be retained to prevent unwanted messages after other information is removed.

Updates to this policy
We will publish changes on this page and update the effective date. A policy change does not create permission for a new SMS purpose.
