RGV Web Design operates strictly as a Creative Production House. Our services include video editing, graphic design, and scheduled recording sessions as outlined in your selected package.
Excluded Services: We do not provide “Social Media Management.” This includes, but is not limited to: posting content, writing captions for social platforms, replying to comments/DMs, community engagement, or account security management.
Delivery: Assets will be delivered via a shared digital folder. The Client is responsible for the manual upload and distribution of all assets.
For packages including “Unlimited Graphics,” RGV Web Design operates on a “One-Task-at-a-Time” basis.
A new design request will begin only after the previous request has been approved and closed.
This ensures quality and allows us to maintain a consistent 24-48 hour turnaround for most standard graphic assets.
The Professional Package: Includes one (1) session of up to 90 minutes.
The Elite Package: Includes two (2) sessions of up to 2 hours each.
Rescheduling: Shoots must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of that month’s shoot without a refund.
Client Preparedness: If the Client is not prepared (wardrobe, scripts, location access) at the start of the scheduled time, the lost time will be deducted from the session duration.
Cancel Anytime: We believe in the quality of our work, not locking you into long-term “handcuff” contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
30-Day Notice: To ensure a clean break and allow us to finalize any pending edits, we require a 30-day written notice for all cancellations. You will be billed for one final month following your notice of cancellation, during which you will receive your full package deliverables.
Errors and Omissions: While we strive for perfection, the Client is responsible for the final review and approval of all assets (spelling, legal disclaimers, pricing in graphics, etc.). RGV Web Design is not liable for any errors, typos, or mistakes once an asset has been approved or delivered.
No Liability for Loss: RGV Web Design shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: loss of social media accounts, shadow-banning, legal suits against the client, fines, fees, or loss of business revenue.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold RGV Web Design harmless from any claims, suits, or charges arising from the content produced at the Client’s direction.
Revisions must be requested within 72 hours of asset delivery. Revisions are limited to the number specified in your package. Major changes to the “concept” or “script” after filming has occurred will be treated as a new project and may incur additional fees.
